Stor måge ("Big Seagull")
This limited edition publication was part of the duo-exhibition Nye alfabeter ("New Alphabets") with Danish writer and artist Gerd Laugesen, and contains two small books.
My book is 42 pages of a photograph of a seagull slowly morphing into a short poem. What do we see when we see? What is in the brain and what is in the sky? Is there really such a thing as "a sky"? Or "a brain"?
The poem roughly translates to:
big seagull / makes it hard / to see the sky /
(not God´s, just the blue one)
