SKOV 2.0 (Forest 2.0)
A site-specific installation in the sculpture park at Art Center Silkeborg Bad where I made trees out of wood. Literally.
Where does a tree begin? Is a tree the same tree today and tomorrow? When is a tree no longer a tree? When it is cut down? Or when it is made into furniture?
Where is nature? Is a piece of wood still part of “nature”? Are human beings nature or culture? Does “nature” only exist outside?
Is “nature” just a word?
